Meet the owners

Jen & Chad Litzman

This husband and wife team has been married for 20 years and they work together using their individual talents to transform your home, with amazing results!

Jen loves all things real estate and worked as an Escrow Officer for 15 years, prior to bringing Flip-n-Beautiful to life in 2017. She is very artistic, loves to transform furniture with paint, and has an eye for design. She worked closely with many Realtors over the years, sharing their stresses and the common goal to get their real estate transactions closed. She is very knowledgeable in the entire home buying and selling process, and even had her real estate license while transitioning from closing to staging. However, she quickly realized that her true passion is staging homes. She definitely is a visionary. This is what makes her happiest, and never feels like work. Ever.

Chad, on the other hand, had a much different work history.  He installed and serviced commercial fire protection sprinklers for 18 years. He had a very physically demanding job, and worked with a bunch of men in a construction site atmosphere. He is skilled in many areas. There's not much he can't build, repair, or lift! He always has a plan, and he can load a trailer of furniture like no one’s business! His expertise and strength is the perfect complement to Jen's artistic talent, and vision.

It didn't take long for them to realize that two full time careers plus a growing staging business would burn them out. They still needed time for their 2 beautiful daughters, and 2 sweet dogs. So, they left their former careers and went all in on Flip-n-Beautiful together. This decision has brought them so much happiness!

They go out of their way to make sure the clients are happy, and deadlines are met. Jen continues to hand paint furniture and uses these statement pieces in every stage. Their staging is always unique by using beautiful, one-of-a-kind furniture in their designs. The goal is always to capture a buyer's interest immediately at the door and hold on to it as they walk the home. They create a warm and inviting feeling with a design that helps a buyer to envision living in the home, and ultimately buy it.
