We will design a staging plan that best accents the selling points of your home. Then we will select beautiful furniture and decor from our wide selection of inventory that best complements the colors and style of the spaces. We will install furniture and fully decorate the home with great detail. Our focus is on furniture and art placement to make rooms feel warm and spacious.

When we fully stage a vacant home, it would include all main living spaces and the primary bedroom suite. We do not commonly stage spare bedrooms, but they can be added if you like for an additional cost. This plan can be unique to the home's needs and your desired price point. The number of staged spaces can be scaled up or down.

There are many different levels for this service depending on what each home needs. This can range anywhere from rearranging, editing, and repurposing a homeowner's existing furniture, to a much larger scaled process. Larger jobs may include anything from updating their rugs, pillows, and decor to removing partial or full rooms of their furniture to install our own, such as full living room or dining room sets.

We also help with different levels of labor that may be needed to relieve the homeowner's stress during this transformation. When we are finished, the inside of the home will be ready for photos and listing.
